Food › Trends shows your calories and macros over the last 4, 12 or 26 weeks.
Only days you logged count
A day with nothing logged is left out of every average, rather than counted as zero. Days logged tells you how many days the averages come from: the more there are, the more you can trust them.
The charts
- Calories shows each day with a 7-day average line, which smooths out the ups and downs, and your target.
- Macros shows either the calories from protein, carbs and fat (Energy, at 4, 4 and 9 kcal per gram) or the grams against your targets (Grams).
- Protein counts a day as a hit when you reached at least 90% of your protein target. Days you missed are drawn lighter.
- By week lists the weekly averages, over the days you logged.
The tiles
Averages for calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber, each compared with your target or shown as a share of your calories. Whole-food share is the part of your calories from whole or minimally processed foods, among the foods that have been classified.
To see what your intake is doing to your weight, log food and weigh in regularly. After about four weeks, the Targets page can estimate your real maintenance calories. See How your targets are set.
